Getting Started
Hit "Sign In" and authenticate through Steam. We use Steam's OAuth flow, so your Steam password never leaves Steam.
Yes. Sign-in runs through Steam Guard, checkouts use 3D Secure, and every transaction is processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment partner.
We focus on Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) — weapon skins, knives, gloves, stickers, and other cosmetic items.
Buying & Delivery
Browse the market, add the item to your cart, and pay at checkout with your wallet balance or card. The item lands in your Steam inventory once you accept the trade offer.
Steam may place a hold on trades for security. If you've had the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active for 7+ days, trades usually clear instantly; otherwise Steam can hold them for up to 15 days.
Cancellations are possible for a short window after payment, as long as the trade offer hasn't been sent yet. Once you accept the trade, the order is final — see our Refund Policy for what happens next.
Our service fee is already baked into the displayed price. There are no surprise charges at checkout for buyers.
Payments & Wallet
Visa and Mastercard — debit and credit — processed by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified partner with 3D Secure protection.
Open your wallet page, choose "Add Funds", pick an amount and payment method. Balances are available almost immediately after the payment clears.
Yes. Withdrawal requests are typically processed in 1–3 business days back to the original payment method.
The minimum deposit is €5 and the minimum withdrawal is €10. Upper limits depend on your verification level.
Account & Security
Go to Settings → Security and follow the prompts to pair an authenticator app with your SKINS24 account.
In Steam, open Inventory → Trade Offers → "Who can send me Trade Offers?" and copy the URL shown on that page.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell your information. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Email support@skins24.co.uk from the address on your account. Please withdraw any wallet balance first, since closed accounts cannot receive funds.
Troubleshooting
Refresh your inventory. If it still doesn't appear, check Steam's trade history. If the trade is marked complete but the item is missing, contact support with the trade ID.
Declined authorisations are released automatically by the bank within 3–5 business days. If it doesn't clear, send us the transaction reference and we'll chase it up.
Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. Some VPNs block Steam authentication — try disabling yours before retrying.
Prices update in real time as market data changes. Refresh the page to see the latest figures, and change display currency in the header if you prefer another unit.
