1. Acceptance of These Terms
When you open www.skins24.co.uk or interact with the SKINS24 service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SKINS24 is a digital storefront for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) cosmetic items and is operated by RM VENDRO LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 17013880), with its registered office at 5 Effie Road, 25 Effie Road, London SW6 1EL, United Kingdom. If you are not comfortable with any part of this agreement, please stop using the platform.
This document forms a contract that is legally enforceable between you and SKINS24. We may update the text from time to time; by continuing to use the service after a change takes effect, you acknowledge and accept the revised version.
2. Who Can Use SKINS24
You must be at least 18 years old to use SKINS24. By creating an account, you confirm you meet that minimum age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
A Steam account in good standing is required. Steam accounts that carry VAC bans, trade restrictions, or other Valve-imposed limitations may be unable to use all SKINS24 features.
3. Creating an Account
Sign-in is powered by Steam OAuth. By authenticating, you authorise us to read your public Steam profile — Steam ID, display name, and avatar. You are responsible for keeping your Steam login secure and for everything that happens under your SKINS24 account.
Never share your credentials, create duplicate accounts, or access somebody else's account. Accounts found in breach of these rules may be suspended or permanently closed.
4. The Marketplace
SKINS24 lets you purchase CS2 cosmetic items sourced in real time from the BitSkins API. All prices appear in Euros and already include applicable platform fees.
We act as a middleware layer connecting buyers with the BitSkins marketplace. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but prices and availability move with live market conditions and may change without notice.
Delivery happens through Steam trade offers. A valid Steam Trade URL must be on file, and your Steam account must be able to receive incoming trades.
5. Prices and Payment
Orders are priced and settled in Euros. Payment is taken by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment partner. Major debit and credit cards from Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
The price you see at checkout is the final price — our service fee is already rolled in. We never see, process, or retain your full card number; that responsibility sits exclusively with our certified processor in line with PCI DSS.
Every order goes through fraud screening. SKINS24 can void any transaction that looks suspicious.
6. Digital Items and Delivery
Items sold on SKINS24 are digital CS2 cosmetics. They have no intrinsic cash value outside the Steam ecosystem and remain subject to Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement.
A sale is fulfilled the moment you accept the Steam trade offer. We cannot accept liability for delivery delays caused by Steam outages, trade holds, or restrictions on your own Steam account.
7. Conduct That Is Not Allowed
The following is strictly forbidden: laundering money or using SKINS24 for any unlawful activity; probing, exploiting, or reverse-engineering the platform; creating deceptive accounts; filing dishonest chargebacks; bypassing security controls; running bots, scrapers, or automation without our written permission; and any behaviour that disrupts or degrades the service.
Breaking these rules can lead to immediate suspension, a permanent ban, and — when the facts warrant — referral to law enforcement.
8. Intellectual Property
Everything published on SKINS24 — the site design, the SKINS24 wordmark and logos, copy, visual assets, and underlying code — belongs to SKINS24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. CS2 item artwork and names are the property of Valve Corporation.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from platform content without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
SKINS24 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” footing. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim every express or implied warranty — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will SKINS24 be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost data, or lost virtual items. Our total liability for any single claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.
We do not take responsibility for shifts in item market values, Steam outages, or actions taken by Valve that impact your items or your account.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless SKINS24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) that arises from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales.
Nothing here limits the statutory consumer rights you hold in your home jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Termination
SKINS24 may suspend or close your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination your right to use the platform ends immediately; any open transactions may be completed or rolled back at our discretion.
You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support. Closing an account does not cancel obligations that accrued before the closure date.
13. Severability
If a court finds any clause in these terms invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be narrowed or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining clauses will continue in full force.
