Listing Policy

This Listing Policy governs the items displayed for sale on the SKINS24 marketplace. All listings on SKINS24 are sourced through the BitSkins API, which provides real-time inventory, pricing, and item data. This policy describes the standards, rules, and expectations that apply to all items listed on our platform.

Only genuine Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) cosmetic items are eligible for listing on SKINS24. This includes weapon skins, knives, gloves, stickers, cases, keys, and other tradable in-game items. All items must be legitimate, tradable, and not subject to any Steam trade restrictions or holds at the time of listing.

The following items are not permitted: items obtained through exploits, duplication, or fraud; items from VAC-banned or trade-banned accounts; items under investigation by Steam Support; non-CS2 items; Steam Wallet funds, gift cards, or account credentials.

All listings display information sourced directly from the BitSkins API and Steam, including the item name, condition (wear value), rarity, and any special attributes such as StatTrak or Souvenir status. Item images are pulled from the Steam Community Market to ensure accurate visual representation.

SKINS24 strives to ensure that all listing information is accurate and up to date. However, as listings are sourced from a third-party marketplace, there may be occasional discrepancies. If you discover that an item received does not match its listing description, please contact our support team immediately.

Item prices on SKINS24 are based on real-time market data from BitSkins, with a transparent service markup applied. All prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of the platform fee. The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged.

Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and may fluctuate between the time you view an item and the time you complete your purchase. The price is locked once you proceed to payment.

All items listed on SKINS24 are subject to real-time availability. Because listings are sourced from a live marketplace, items may be purchased by another buyer at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you initiate a purchase, the transaction will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued automatically.

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific item. Displaying an item on our platform does not constitute a binding offer to sell.

Items are verified through the BitSkins API and Steam's item verification systems. Each item is identified by its unique asset ID and inspected for authenticity. Float values, pattern indices, and sticker placements are displayed where available to provide buyers with complete item details.

SKINS24 does not independently inspect or hold items. All items remain in the seller's Steam inventory on the BitSkins marketplace until a purchase is completed and a trade offer is sent.

The following activities are prohibited on the SKINS24 platform: attempting to list items through any means other than the authorised BitSkins integration; manipulating item prices or market data; using automated tools or bots to purchase items in a manner that disrupts normal marketplace operations; engaging in wash trading or any form of artificial market activity; and soliciting off-platform transactions to circumvent our systems.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

All CS2 item names, images, and associated intellectual property are the property of Valve Corporation. SKINS24 displays this content under fair use for the purpose of facilitating marketplace transactions. Listing descriptions and metadata are sourced from Steam and BitSkins APIs.

If you encounter a listing that appears fraudulent, inaccurate, or otherwise problematic, please report it to our support team at support@skins24.co.uk. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Please include the item name, listing URL or ID, and a description of the issue.

We may update this Listing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our marketplace operations, third-party integrations, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
